Upon the unmoving stars
I reject this tortured fate
And I'll destroy the bonds
Of destiny

With these blades in-hand
To slay our enemies

In putrid, gilded blood
I shall carve out a new age
With knives embedded
In the backs of the gods

Condemned to live in death
For all eternity

Storm
Into the night
Assassins invade
To slaughter the soul
Death imbued on their blades
Dug
Into his back
Twisting the dagger
Carving the mark
Into his flesh

Upon the floor
Lies a worthless corpse
His defiled flesh
The first to live in death

Scion of the Golden Lineage
Now lifeless and forlorn
Bereft, without a soul
Laid to rest without repose

A body once bathed in golden light
Sacrificed for the age of eternal night
A discarded carcass of contorting flesh
Interred at the roots of our horrid existence

From under the tree
A formless being
Spreading vile corruption
Across the lands between
